Every journey begins with first steps and for us they were the Debut series – a bit romantic and not so confident, but also youthfully cool and unconstrained. The wines in this series are distinguished by their freshness and fruity character, which are a result of the good care for the vineyard and the characteristics of the terroir. The grapes used in this series are from our first vineyard in Levunovo village, which was the beginning of the development of our viticulture farm. The varieties that grow there are the unique indigenous grapes of the Early Melnik Vine, and the internationally recognized Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
The idea of creating this series is inspired by the beauty of the first steps. Debut is for those who find inspiration in the little things and are bravely looking for opportunities to turn their ideas into reality and develop their talents. Vivid and fresh, the wines in the series fascinate with their unpretentious elegance.
